Acoustic Sound Therapy (once a month)
Join us and Dick Moons for an acoustic sound therapy session in the salt cave. Dick has 15 years of experience utilizing drums and other instruments to engage participants in an immersive interactive musical experience. Dick has been blessed to work with many through his music therapy, including at-risk and special needs students, retirement communities, after-school programs, incarcerated youth, and festivals.
Pranayama Yoga (twice a month)
Come join us and learn how to master the art of Pranayama. Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on the breath. In Sanskrit, prana means vital life force, and yama means to gain control. Amber has a passion for all things community, music, movement, nature, & arts-including the healing arts. Her classes encourage you to meet yourself where you are, to not take life so seriously, and also help you to grow strength & flexibility in your mind, body, and spirit.
