At Bagni di Pisa, wellness of body and spirit has always been at the heart of our activities and our philosophy.
That’s why we’ll be taking part in World Wellness Weekend too on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of September, opening our doors to wellbeing lovers with free wellness experiences to be booked in advance.
EVENT'S PROGRAMME | FREE WELLNESS EXPERIENCES
On Friday morning you can join the Fitness Walk along the olive trees garden up to the panoramic Kaffée Haus pavilion with departures at 9.00, 10.00 and 11.00 am.
On Saturday don't miss our “Healthy Mind” meditation session with music therapy immersed in our Tuscan nature starting at 3, 4 and 5pm.
On Sunday you can take part in the Healthy Body session from 12am to 1pm where our dietist and medical doctor will advise on healthy nutrition and the healing properties of the thermal waters.
This is our way of contributing to personal wellbeing, and it’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy moments of serenity that morph into mindfulness to be treasured.
