In this session, you’ll explore Nia’s 9 Movement Forms, each with its own unique energy personality. Through guided movement to fabulous music, you'll discover how these different forms not only inspire your movement in different ways, but enhance how you move through life.
Absolutely zero previous dance or movement experience is needed. No level of fitness or ability is needed. Just a human body, curiosity, and a willingness to move!
