To connect with our true selves, to unite with the Absolute.”Ha” in Sanskrit means sun and “tha” means moon.
The purpose of hatha yoga is to be able to connect with ourselves as a soul, an ultimately with all the sources of existence by creating a balance between mind body and soul.
Beyond the physical practice (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), mantras, and relaxation/meditation playan important role in yoga.
We look forward to welcoming you on September 20 at 4 pm for a one-and-half-hour, full-body exercise where you can gain an insight into the world of hatha yoga.
