Hatha Yoga is the most basic form of Yoga which is focused on Balancing the body and the Mind: Ha and Tha. This session starts with visualization, followed by sound meditation, basic asanas, with chanting of the Gayathri Mantra. The session concludes with Surya Namaskar and the Shanti Mantra.
