The Osmos Wellness Center is pleased to invite you to enjoy an activity focused on you and your well-being:
Functional training is a dynamic training method, based on essential movement patterns for everyday life (running, jumping, pushing/pulling, and crouching). The general focus is on developing strength, stability, and mobility, working the body as a whole (several muscle groups simultaneously) in the various planes of movement.

Aquafitness class 45′
The Osmos Wellness Center is pleased to invite you to enjoy an Aquafitness class.
Aquafitness is a type of activity performed in the pool, which uses the resistance and thrust of water, and/or accessories, to simultaneously promote a low-impact workout for the joints and improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and mobility. The intrinsic properties of the aquatic environment favor appropriate stimuli for different age groups and different levels of motor skills.
Come join this class on September 19th at 11am in the indoor pool.
