Enter the space with an aura cleanse, relax into the earth as the rhythm of the Himalayan sound bowls clear your mind and the guided meditation take you to a deep calm, allowing you to refocus & renew after a long day of festive revelry or to simply re-center for a new day ahead. Step inside our grounding bowl to bring you back to center. Commence the evening by setting your intentions for the days ahead by hand picking each stone to create your own bespoke mala mantra bracelet.

Join us on Friday, September 20th and Sunday, September 22nd at 6:00PM. Check in with us at the St. Regis Spa and allow us to escort you to the event space.
