Mokshada Ekadashi fasting 2024
Ekadashi Parana is done after sunrise on next day of Ekadashi fast. It is necessary to do Parana within Dwadashi Tithi unless Dwadashi is over before sunrise. Not doing Parana within Dwadashi is similar to an offence.Parana means breaking the fast.
Parana should not be done during Hari Vasara. One should wait for Hari Vasara to get over before breaking the fast. Hari Vasara is first one fourth duration of Dwadashi Tithi. The most preferred time to break the fast is Pratahkal. One should avoid breaking the fast during Madhyahna. If due to some reasons one is not able to break the fast during Pratahkal then one should do it after Madhyahna.
What we do in Taman Usada Bali, we follow the schedule of fasting. During the day pasting we do meditation in 21 deferent places with in Taman Usada Area. Plus we do Yoga and spiritual discussion during the day and night.
For Beginner we allow water fasting before doing full fasting in the 2nd schedule. See Below Schedule is based on Denpasar, Bali Time.

Full Moon & New Moon Ceremony 2024
Part of Balinese Traditional, full moon and new moon in the good days to do meditation, yoga and purification. We are at Taman Usada Bali, to preserve this ceremony . We starting doing a slow walking meditation inside of medical garden toward the riverside meditation centre. Arrive at the river we starting do meditation and following up by holly water purification. Then we back to Yoga Shala for praying and do a dharana (Yoga Nidra). Ceremony ended with dinner together, we eat what we offer during ceremony.

Tumpek is a traditional Balinese ceremony celebrated every 210 days, dedicated to honoring the things around us particularly those that are in our daily life. It’s a time when communities come together to express gratitude through rituals, prayers, and ceremonies led by priests or spiritual leaders.
When is it?
⭐️This retreat follows the calendar for the Tumpek ceremony, therefore each retreat is unique as the activity will adjust accordingly. for example on Tumpek Krulut, there will be yoga with Gamelan (a traditional balinese musical instrument)
