I’ll give you practical, easy tips to boost your intake of fruits and vegetables, no extreme diets, just realistic and enjoyable ideas. I’ll also share some of my favourite plant-based recipes and show you how simple it can be to start making better food choices. While veganism may not be for everyone, I truly believe everyone can benefit from eating more plants.
About Me: I'm Farah Shammas, British-Lebanese, based in Limassol, Cyprus. I’m the founder of Farah’s Club, author, recipe developer, contributor to a national newspaper, and the Managing Director of St Raphael Resort & Marina. I’m also a mother of three and have been a passionate vegan for over eight years. I hold a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the Colin T. Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and I believe that wellness begins with how we eat, live, and treat others.
