Reborn Fitness & Health is a boutique wellness center in the heart of Thao Dien, where you can remove all the distractions from the outside, and focus 100% on your unique journey. Unlike any other fitness studio, Reborn has 2 separate training rooms, each room is designed for just 1 person and 1 trainer working out at a time. You get to put 100% of your attention into your training, with all the equipment always available, choose your favorite workout music, and get your workout done!
Having a passionate, professional, and caring coaches team, Reborn's purpose is not to find as many clients as possible, but to help 1 client as much as possible.
Besides personal training, Reborn offers Ice Bath Therapy service, and they are the only place in town that can adjust the temperature based on your level. No matter if you are a beginner or pro in this, Reborn's team is there to make sure you safely push yourself and get the most benefits out of your session.
