Kundalini Style Yoga with Breathwork & Meditation

This beautiful class is suitable for beginners. Kundalini style yoga includes breathwork, chanting and meditation. Please bring your own matt and pillow if needed.

Ladies that Lift

This weight lifting class for ladies only will take place in the gym with Louise. It is for complete beginners and ideal for pre menopausal or ladies already in the menopause. It also helps with preventing Osteoporosis. Trainers necessary.

Chanting Hour

Chanting combines music therapy with meditation and mindfulness. Scientific studies have found that chanting can decrease stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms, as well as increase positive mood, feelings of relaxation and focused attention.

Join Louise for Our Stretch & Mobility class. This is the perfect combination of strength, flexibility and stability as we bridge the gap between fitness and yoga. Compliment your routine and your workouts, whilst allowing your body the release from the day-to-day and sitting at your desk for long periods of time. Louise will be having a Q&A following the session to help you with any specific injury issues.
