Friday 18th September 2026.    Benalmadena: Costa Women.

A explanation about the World Wellness Weekend, then a group hypnosis/meditation sending out the Global Ripple of Peace in  Benalmadena.

Live event at The Hard Rock Hotel Marbella    Friday 18th September 2026.

**The Living Ripple** is a gentle guided experience combining mindfulness, relaxation and positive visualisation, inspired by this year's World Wellness Weekend message that small actions create meaningful change.

A unique bilingual experience that brings together the themes of wellbeing, connection and community

Presented together in both English and Spanish, Sandie and Stuart will alternate throughout the experience, allowing both languages to flow naturally as one shared journey. This creates a beautiful symbol of what World Wellness Weekend represents:  many cultures, many voices, united by one common purpose.

Join us on ZOOM for the Global Ripple on Sunday 20th September 2026           (Spain Time 12 noon) -   (UK time 11am)

You are invited to join Sandie Ashing, Sector Coordinator  of Hypnosis and Mental Wellbeing, for a very special online experience:  2026 brings us a new Global Ripple of Peace. This year the ripple begins within.

The Ripple was created and written by Sandie Ashing, a guided hypnotic meditation designed to bring people together in a shared moment of calm, gratitude, and connection. During this session, you’ll:

Pause, breathe, and recharge after a busy week
Take part in a unique visualization … connecting with those beside you, across borders, and across the planet

Contribute to a wave of peace and wellness, as up to 100 hypnotherapists around the globe guide their own communities at the same time

The Global Ripple is more than just meditation : it’s a collective act of kindness and intention. By joining, you’ll not only experience relaxation and focus for yourself, but you’ll also be part of a worldwide movement creating ripples of positivity that spread far beyond our own circles.

Open to everyone, everywhere. Free to join.

Come as you are, and add your ripple to the wave.
