Metamorfósis, pilates para la ansiedad y la relación del cuerpo con el transgeneracional
Taller de aproximadamente 90 minutos de duración donde se explicará la relación y la influencia del transgeneracional familiar con el cuerpo y las dolencias, este taller será a las 12:00 am en el centro Masshtari de Güimar.
Seguidamente realizaremos una clase donde fusionaremos ejercicio físico de pilates + meditación para tratar la ansiedad y ofrecer herramientas para calmar la ansiedad que será el tema del taller.
Sesiones de masaje terapéutico
Sesiones de 30 min de masaje terapéutico, ( soltar tensiones y musculatura, tratamiento con aceites esenciales y baño sonoro, para limpiar energías) a partir de las 14 horas en Masshtai. Güimar.
