Banya No. 1 - Chiswick was established in 2021 and is the second branch of the brand in London.
Based on the thermal cycle of hot, cold, rest, and repeat – a centuries-old wellness tradition practised in Northern Europe – our experience will leave you feeling reborn.
We have created a space with a clean interior that resembles the crystal waters of Karelia, and have gathered moss from the forests to evoke the atmosphere of the northern nature.
The banya is a place of rejuvenation, where you can leave behind your fatigue and recharge your body and mind.
There are two visit options available: public access and private zone rental.
We offer many treatment options to enhance your banya experience, as well as a diverse menu of food and drink.

Karelia is a private rest and relaxation area that is ideal for friends and family gatherings.
The scandi-inspired spacious room is ideal for team building, friends meetups, or family festivities.
What is included?All Karelia packages include 3 hours in Banya as well as one treatment of your choice per each guest (body scrub, aloe vera body mask, Parenie, 25-min massage, body wash, mud mask, or mud wrap).
