We are a certified yoga studio in the heart of downtown steps from the Quartier des spectacles. Rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, we offer a variety of classes for all levels.

In celebration of wellness weekend we will offer a free multi-level class. Join us for an active class from 2-3:15 and then stay for a relaxation and sound bath from 3:30-4:30.
