I began my QiGong journey in May of 2020 during the pandemic quite by accident after seeing a video on YouTube about moving stuck energy through the energy channels. I became intrigued as to what this was all about. I began to follow along on the 100 days of Spring Forest QiGong to help in my fitness journey. Towards the end of 2021 I took the Level 1 course of Spring Forest Qigong and shortly thereafter I did the Level 2 course. I am a Certified Practice Group Leader for Spring Forest QiGong.. I volunteer once a week at a local recreation center in my area leading a group of seniors, teaching the Five Healing Elements of Spring Forest QiGong as well as a meditative flow of other movements inspired by Lee Holden and Mimi Kuo-Deemer. I will mark one year of leading my weekly class in December.

I must acknowledge Terry Leers for encouraging my study of QiGong as well as Master Gadu and Richard Babboni.
