Driven by Nurse Ana Vale in partnership with Satsanga Spa & Wellness, it aims to promote health, physical and emotional well-being of women, specially during preconception, pregnancy and postpartum (up to 3 years after childbirth) using specific exercises to be performed on land (studio) and in water (swimming pool) that facilitate relaxation and wellbeing.
