Join us for a day of wellness and self-care at the World Weekend Wellness event. Make today count by taking the time to prioritize your well-being. We have prepared a series of sessions throughout the day to help you relax, rejuvenate, and find inner peace.
The event will kick off with an introduction to meditation, allowing you to learn and practice techniques to calm your mind and find a sense of inner balance. Following that, we have a yoga session specially designed for beginners, providing a gentle and accessible way to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
To address anxiety and fears, we have prepared a soothing session of sophrology. This practice combines relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to promote a state of deep relaxation and release stress.
All of these sessions are complementary and will take place on Sunday, September 16th, 2023. It's an opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and soul in a supportive and uplifting environment..
