A Atividade vai decorre na Academia Jorge Pina o objetivo é promover o bem estar físico e mental através do boxe. A atividade vai ter a duração de 45 mints, onde incluímos movimentos básicos de boxe 🥊 com movimentos com o peso do corpo.
A aula tem inicio às 9:15 e terminará as 10h. É uma aula para que pode e deve ser feita por qualquer pessoa. O objetivo será criar um ambiente agradável e divertido enquanto praticamos uma arte marcial, simplificando-a e acrescentado exercícios básicos de força e cardio.
